Inconsistent Highlighting Across Versions

My preferred bible is the NASB 1977. I want my highlights and notes to be connected to the reference and show up in my other bibles too. However, it's not uncommon for the highlights in other versions to miss some of the words. You can see this in my screenshot below. The ESV does not highlight "what he has heard from us" and a few other words.

Does anyone know why this is and is there a way to stop this from happening?

It will happen because the ESV will only highlight the underlying Hebrew words from NASB. "he has" and "from" have no underlying Hebrew in ESV, so will never be highlighted. "what" and "heard" come from the same Hebrew word that is probably a different Hebrew word to "message" in NASB.
