I am a Logos user and although my Subscription is Pro however when I look at My Account it lists No Subscription. And when I try to use Study Assistant it tells me to get a subscription. What is going on?
And same email account login? Just 1st guess.
Same email but it is a good first guess
Well, coincidentally my app.logos.com hits a MS Azure block. Servers? Rest of Logos ok.
That's one problem I was already curios about. I check my account to see if my subscription was still showing up and when I checked my account on my Logos Account then go down to Subscriptions and it says "You have no current subscriptions" yet when I purchase anything on Logos it takes off the extra 5% and I can get the extra Free Book when I open up Logos on my PC I shows I have a Plus Subscription with Version 49 yet I still am unable to use Study Assistant it tells me that I need to get a Subscription.
As far as any other email I didn't think I did but notice listed that my online account is listed as Faithlife/Pastorwes2001 it really made me wonder if I first purchased my Plus subscription when I had an email as Pastorwes2001@yahoo.com but what do I do about this?
it says "You have no current subscriptions" … Logos on my PC I shows I have a Plus Subscription
At this point I think you will need to contact customer support and have them check why your subscription appears to be in an inconsistent state.
At this point I just give up on ever getting to use Study Assistant.
I know I have the Plus Subscription I know it is active but Study Assistant just will not work on my computer. I have used study assistant before but now it just tells me to get a subscription. I tried customer support they were NOT any help just telling be that my church must have cancelled the subscription. But that is impossible I am the Senior pastor my wife is the treasurer nothing is stopped without my "say so" and I know nothing was changed.
I am not angry just disappointed in LOGOS for this. every portion of my subscription is active and usable except Study Assistant.
Well, unlikely 2nd suggestion.
You're experienced with Logos. Judging from the SA as the problem, I wonder if the app pops a no-subscription, on an error-detect.
I'd scan thru the Logos error/processing files out of curiousity. Turn on error-checking in Settings maybe.
Also, no-subscription on SA, I wonder if it offers a 3-free-tries use of SA.
Recognizably this isn't a Senior Pastor duty discussed by Paul (bad humor).
At this point which one is it: Plus or Pro subscription? You have mentioned both! Is your payment up to date? Did you pay for a full year or do you pay monthly? Seems like you’re not sure of what you actually have. Just contact CS and they should be able to clear it up
Plus subscription
@Wesley Crouch
I would go back to Customer Service and explain it how you explained it to us below. Rather than call I would suggest emailing them. That way you can explain the detail and it's on the record. If others in your church are having this problem, or not, that might be useful information. You can email them at cs@logos.com.
+1 on emailing. I've had issues in the past when calling into CS where I feel like they wanted to rush me off the phone (it's one area I wish Logos would improve its overall support ops), but I generally receive good results when emailing in.
That's been my problem which is the reason I have just given up I still have 98 percent of logos just study assistant doesn't work yet I'm disappointed in logos they used to have such a great staff in CS

After reading Philippians 1:1, I was curious to find out how many times δοῦλος was used appositionally in the New Testament. I did the Syntax Search seen in the image but there are results missing such as James 1:1. How do I construct a better syntax query to get every instance to show up in my search.
My dad is nearly 80 and needs some help remembering how to navigate around in the application. Recently he mentioned that the application had a feature that would import text into Word using some type of dropbox that is initiated by typing a key word in the Microsoft Search box. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Anyone…
I remember years ago seeing the syntax where I could find all the commentaries that discussed certain passages together. I want to see all Bible commentaries that mention Matthew 24 and I Thessalonians 4 together where they discuss how the Parousia in Mt relates to the one in Paul. I forgot the syntax. I asked the Study…
Ezk 28:11[specifically]12B-19, the lament over the ruler of Tyre, has been described as “one of the more difficult passages in the Book of Ezekiel—if not in the whole Bible! “ Ralph H. Alexander, “Ezekiel,” ExBC 6, 882. And within that lament is some dispute as to the meaning of “covering” in 28.13; but there is seeming…
I was doing a Word study on 'defile' in Daniel 1:8. My preferred Bible is ESV. There are seven uses of 'defile' or g'l in Hebrew transliteration. My list shows Lamentations 4:14, Zephaniah 3:1 and Malachi 1:7,12 in addition to Daniel. However my open ESV bible uses the term 'polluted' in Malachi 1. Intrigued I switched to…
