Logos 4 won't Download SR-4

I've got Logos 4 Mac SR-2. I'm set up for automatic updates; when attempting to sync the sync button gives me a little yellow exclamation mark. I have no idea how to find why it's causing an error. Can't find anything in the console that indicates sync issues, but I may just be looking in the wrong place. Any clues?

Suggest looking in Logos4.log file in /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Logging folder. Observation: Logos4.log file now includes many messages that used to appear in console.
