Hello!
I'm noticing a TON of issues typing in the Sermon Builder on Android. Wondering if anybody else also has this issue.
In sermon builder, when trying to type in the mobile Android app on my A9+ Samsung tablet, if I type at any halfway decent typing speed, using either the on-screen keyboard, or my bluetooth keyboard, letters frequently get completely missed, or the cursor jumps back one space randomly midword and thus causes misspells words. This tends to happen once or twice every single sentence.
I do not have these issues when typing into any other program on my tablet. I've tested it typing emails, typing into Google Docs, typing into a notes program, and in a browser search bar, and never have this issue outside of the Logos Sermon Builder.
Also, if I launch the Logos web app in a browser on the tablet, I also don't have these issues at all.
Granted, there, the text lags behind a smidge and has a tiny delay between being typed and showing on screen. But I don't mind since it shows up accurately and doesn't kick back a space or lose letters.
But this is an app issue alone.
I'd be delighted to set up a camera and record a video showing you the effect if my description is unclear or if that would help.
Any of y'all have this problem? Any known fixes? It's gotten so bad that I nearly refuse to use the Android Sermon Builder, which was the main reason I purchased a subscription package.
I've tried it over a period of months, and it's always the same. Updated the tablet, Logos app is updated, turned everything off and back on, the works.
