@Paul M What I see in your video is this.
I experience something similar, if I insert an image into a note, and then open it directly from the resource, I'm not able to scroll past the point where the image was inserted. I can only view the full note by opening it from the Notes Tool. I will report this as a bug, but I am wondering if you have similar difficulties with other notes that do not include images.
Not that I am aware of, I think it is probably linked to notes with an inserted image. I have a couple of other UI problems with pop up notes that I have yet to record and reports, but none involve images.
