On page 53, the sentence "There is influence in both directions, as indicated by the arrows in the diagram" [emphasis added] indicates a diagram that is not in the resource. Graphics of diagrams appear in other chapters of the book.
I do not have access to a hardcopy of the book, so I am not certain if it is a publisher mistake or Logos conversion mistake.
