Logos iPad App Crashing so Much

I recently upgraded my hardware to iPad 7 Mini(A17) from an iPad 6. I am trying to download my resources and it hangs and takes ages even just installing 10 resources and yes I have good internet(Fiber to the Home). It's so frustrating that even when reading the Bible the App crashes. Unlike users in the US I can't just pick up the phone and call Logos.

Please send us your logs, we would like to investigate this further.

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap About.
4. Press “Report a Problem”
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mention this thread in your email. Press “Send” to send your report.
