Desktop, Web, Mobile Versions?

I’ve been using my iPhone/ipad for webinars but have noticed that the lessons are geared to the desktop application. I wanted to download the windows app but it failed each time I tried? Suggestions/solutions? Also, I then downloaded the web version on my iPhone/ipad. Is the web version similar to the desktop version in order to follow future desktop webinars? Thx!

Were you trying to download it to your iphone/iPad or to a Windows computer?

It needs to be to a Windows computer. If that was your target device please provide a few more details about the failure.

I don't undestand - the web version isn't something you download but something you access in a web browser. Please clarify.

The web version is similar to desktop but some of the user interface is different and there are some differences in functionality - in most cases with desktop supporting features that the web version does not.
