Are there training videos or documents that provide information and examples of syntax searches? I've stumbled through the tool with limited success.
Any help is appreciated
Hi James
Do the wiki articles http://wiki.logos.com/Setting_up_a_Syntax_Search and http://wiki.logos.com/A_Strategy_for_Syntax_Search help?
Graham
You may also want take a look at the old L3 training videos and try to duplicate those search exercises using L4. There are some differecnes in the way you select the sepcific criteria for the search in L4, but I found replicating those exercises to be a tremendous help in learning how to use this tool. Please note that in addition to some differences in the way search criteria is selected, there will also be some differences in the search results because of resource changes.

Yeah, I did that and it did help some. But as you say there are differences between the L3 and L4 tool. What was really surprising was getting to the L3 videos! Logos has really orphaned L3. I was surprised and disappointed at how difficult it was to locate L3 videos since the new website change.
For those looking for the old L3 training, see http://www.logos.com/3/training

There are informal tutorials in the forums - just search for "Syntax Search" (with the quotes).
