Could someone please post the link on the Logos website where we can see what functionality is planned for L4 mac? I cannot seem to locate it.

Full Win/Mac parity is already underway. As such the only other list available would be the missing features linked in my sig.
This is not counting handouts which are slated to undergo a revision as soon as the missing features are complete.

I don't read all of the mac posts since I'm not normally equipped to answer them. However, I'm almost certain I read at least one that said it was well underway.

Logos has list of Libronix 3 features planned for Logos 4 => http://www.logos.com/4/missingfeatures - Also mentions new features planned for Logos 4 (currently a secret - e.g. Page View was a secret that is now in PC 4.2 Beta 5).
Wiki page => http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Mac mentions several Logos 4 features not yet available on Mac - no delivery date promised for missing PC parity items - work in progress - not yet ready for beta testing.
By the way, Logos 4 Mac 4.0b Beta 3 release notes mention Sentence Diagramming display and editing planned for future Mac Beta release.
Observation: Logos 4 Mac has some print capabilities (e.g. images).
