Reverse Interlinear Data not working

I purchased NASB 2020 Update Reverse Interlinear data on Sunday (19 April). I didn’t realize I needed the NASB 2020 Update for it to work (I thought it was standalone). So I bought the 2020 update this morning, but when I try to turn on reverse interlinear, the option isn’t there.

On mobile the interlinear information isn't displayed in the same way as it is on desktop. It is available, however, in the Insights panel.

Try pressing and holding a word and looking in the Word Info section of the menu that pops up.
