If you Upload each PB it will sync to laptop along with its metadata (which you use in the PB tool). You can transfer the source docx files to laptop so they can be recompiled, but they should be in the Cloud to sync changes.
If you do not feel like Uploading or recompiling all PB's, then transfer the files from the Resources folder (%localappdata%\Logos\Data\xxxxx\ResourceManager\Resources\*.lbspbb). Then use the Scan command on laptop e.g. scan D:\PBFolder; where PBFolder is on a removable drive.
