I have setup a 6 month Reading Plan for the whole Bible (NIV 1984 - Our churches preferred version). Whenever it is reading the passage it always misses the first word of each verse or sometimes only half pronounces it.
The problem may be due to the automated nature of the reading (?AI) because when I tested the ESV, it is fine. However, the ESV shows the option of two readers to select from. Not sure if this is a bug or a local problem or due to way reading is produced.
I have a fast new PC using Windows 11 Pro fully patched to current (monthly) version.
