I have a Logos Free Edition (Basic Library), which I had not used for several months. Except for All Search, Smart Search is not the default, so I had to go to Dashboard to see anything intrusive:

I Had to re-install my Windows. When I re-installed LOGOS it needed to download my books. It only downloaded up to 20%, then it stops. Restarting and re-installing doesn't help
