Desktop vs. Web App functionality

Question

The recent security update to the web app negativity impacts my usage and functionality.  Does anyone know whether the Desktop App has similar connectivity / interoperability to the Web App, in that will the Desktop App also disseminate information amongst my mobile devices?

And, as above, the desktop app provides more functionality than the web app. Are there some specifics you are interested in?

Will changes made with the Desktop App synchronize and appear when I log into LOGOS on my mobile devices?

In general, if supported on mobile, yes.

For example, if you create a note on desktop it will sync to mobile.

If you set up a visual filter on desktop it won't sync to mobile as mobile does not support that functionality.

I didn't "see" an update per se, I received the information during a LOGOS "chat" with an IT tech.
