Logos fails to restore last layout on windows updates Auto-restart

My Logos is set to reopen with "Most Recent layout - local". Compare these two sequences:

Open Logo and open a few resources etc
Close and restart Logos
The layout shown will be as it was on closing

Second sequences

Open Logo and open a few resources etc
Leave Logos open
Wait for WIndows to shutdown the app due to Windows Updates
After a restart the layout shown will be the previous one

It seems that Logos is not saving the current layout when the app is closed automatically by Windows.
