I just opened Proclaim this morning to prepare for my church worship services, and received notification for an update, and then another update. I completed the updates with no issues and then duplicated my service like I normally do. When scrolling through some slides I noticed that the text in the editor was completely hidden (as if the transparency was completely 0%). I've seen this happen before after an update, but it was only for a few slides. If I go to the text box that is not appearing and edit anything that would make Proclaim update the text on the slide it appears after that. I wanted to make sure that the text appears when On Air, and it does, but it is invisible when editing unless I force Proclaim to update the appearance. I had to do this for every slide, even on song slides for the title and verses. Added screenshots of what I saw, and how I had to resolve the issue. Also, something that may be worth mentioning, I use a custom uploaded font in all of my slides. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.
I thought I started this post in the Proclaim forum, but somehow it ended up under Logos. I went ahead and created a new post under the Proclaim forum. This post can be deleted from Logos if needed.
This also happens for every verse slide on a song, and I have to update every verse that appears on a separate slide. I also have to update the slide, wait for the verse to appear, then update it again to be correct, then do the same for each verse…very annoying.
