How long, Oh, Lord, how long until we have a working Logos store? Remember when it used to work pretty well? Oh for the leeks and garlics of pre-Private Equity Takeover. Come back Bob!
Yep. Me and Logos.com were battling yesterday. I no longer have confidence my searches indeed work. I try to minimize its intrusions for a happier day.
@GaoLu thanks for posting. We really appreciate feedback and search is something we're working to improve. To explain a little bit of what you're seeing: 1 - The "owned" resources - those products at the top are "featured results" which means we manually tag them to show up for certain search queries. Unfortunately those featured results don't respect the filtering logic from the sidebar. We're working to fix this. (And for better or for worse, it has been like that since the "Bob days" 😉) 2 - I'll connect with the team about the study notes showing up in the Bible filter. Some people may find that helpful, and some won't. I'm not as familiar with what our standard is here, but I'll find out! @DMB If you have time to share some of your challenges, we would find that helpful. Thank you. We want Logos.com search to be part of your happy days!
@GaoLu I somewhere read the following comment, maybe it applies here, too:
But time may be our friend, and fiddling with someone else's 1's and 0's is an interesting exercise. I guess. It's like finding pleasure in poking a stick in the pond in the dark and rejoicing when we hit a fish.
@Celeste Fiorillo I don't know if the ball is in your court, but as mentioned before:
Remember when it used to work pretty well?
And then they improved it to what it is now. I no longer mind; I visit less and spend less.
