For the past couple of weeks there has been an increase in Proclaim duplicating the presentation. This would happen every once in a while in the past, but now we are consistently ending up with three presentations without duplicating them. We do have multiple people working on the presentation over Friday to Sunday (up to four different people), but this hasn't changed from the past. I use a Macbook and the others are on Windows PCs.
I am attaching a picture to show the duplicates. I end up having to add numbers after each one so we can know to use the correct one, but it would be really helpful to find a way to prevent them from doing this. Please help!
