The decades old (for me) challenge of how to organize my study for writing/preaching keeps rearing its head once again. I find the Notes feature not really useful for collecting or collating quotations from resources that I'd like to refer to later or pull into a sermon or document.
Clippings seems to answer the need, however, it's cumbersome to select from a text and put it into a clipping. If there was a quick keystroke to put the selected quotation into a clipping document (or the most recent) and at the same time highlight the quotation in its location in the resource, I believe it would solve the Notes vs. Clippings dilemma I often find myself in.
Is this a workflow issue that Logos is considering improving or providing an alternative pathway for? Or is there best practices and solutions that accomplish quickly what I am looking for?
