Bulk Printing Notes

It would be a great help if 'Notes' could be printed / exported in bulk by (a) marking and selecting as needed or (b) by giving a 'general' command to select all notes if needed, instead of the present system which only permits exporting … 1 note at a time.

I'm a bit unbclear about what you are suggesting, since (a) is exactly how it works today to select a number of notes to be printed.

There surely is room for improving the print layout (Print/Export is one of the features too long neglected), but selecting multiple notes in the tool (e.g. with Ctrl pressed, or Shift-selecting )and then printing them does work.

To clarify:

I have notes for every book in the Bible AND other notes on topics titled 'Bible Thoughts' or 'Apologetics', etc. which are not linked to the Bible books.

There are occasions when I wish to print a set of notes together … example … All my Notes on Ephesians. That is a selected group print.

Or I might wish to print each and every Note stored. Thus all my notes … Every note from every book of the Bible … Apologetics, Confessions, Bible Books, … the lot.

I'm confined to print notes only 1 note at a time.

Hence the request.

Hi Tony,

I'll show you what I do and what comes out of it, maybe that works for you or you can share what is different for you. I opened the Notes tool and filtered to Notes (I personally highlight much more, but notes it should be), then selected the bible book Obadiah, then a specific notebook (I use the Geneva Bible Footnotes for demo purposes):

note that the fist note is automatically selected. Now I Shift-Click the last note which should select all of them (actually it selected all but the very last one, so I used Ctrl-Click to make sure all 13 notes where selected (green box). That's the opeartive part. Then I simply hit the Print/Export button (which was a positive surprise learning for me, because I was only using the Print/Export menu item from the 'kebap' menu in the top right of the panel, blue box and arrows):

I used "Microsoft Print to PDF" as my printer and got the following 4 page pdf which has all 13 notes on Obadiah in this workbook:
