Questions about PBB Bible Creation: Chapter/Verse Display and Restarting Footnotes

I am creating a personal Bible using the Personal Book Builder (PBB). When inserting Bible Milestones, if I enable the 'One verse per line' display option in Logos, the chapter and verse numbers appear. However, when I turn off this option, the chapter and verse numbers disappear. How can I resolve this issue? Furthermore, how can I enable the 'Chapter/Verse numbers' option in PBB?

Additionally, I am adding footnotes to biblical words. Because the numbering is continuous, the footnote numbers have exceeded 100. Is there a way to restart the footnote numbering at 1 for each chapter in the source document?

How can I resolve this issue

For my PB bible the only option is "Bible text" and it correctly removes chapter and verse numbers and non-bible text.

Upload your source docx file to the forum using the paper-clip icon so I can check the bible formatting (I only need a few chapters including the bible book name).

In Word,  under the reference tab in the footnotes section, in the lower right corner click on the more symbol. It will open a menu which will allow you to restart numbering or to set footnotes to automatically start renumbering on a new page or section e.g. chapter.
