Searches are slower after rebuilding index (4.2 beta 5)

I just issued the "rebuild index" command and restarted the computer. The searches are now considerably slower than they were before I rebuilt the index. Does anyone know why this might be? Should I delete the index file and let the program build it from scratch?

Also, if I do the "rebuild index" command does that also rebuild the Bible index or is it necessary to also issue the "rebuild Bible index" command?

Has indexing already completed? A Rebuild Index can take hours to complete.

Rebuild Index takes care of both indexes, library and Bible. It deletes the index file and rebuilds it from scratch.
