Does a document exist that shows an image of the icons used in Markers. (e.g, a picture of the megaphone and what it represents)?
Nothing official exists - Hovering over an icon will usually produce a popup with an explanation.

I Had to re-install my Windows. When I re-installed LOGOS it needed to download my books. It only downloaded up to 20%, then it stops. Restarting and re-installing doesn't help
