How can I make Logos work like the Kindle?

I really like how I can read a number of different books in the Kindle and it "remembers" where I left off so when I come back, I can pickup where I left off.

If I'm reading a book in Logos 4 and want to pick it up in the Logos app for the iPhone or iPad, can I do the same thing there?  I don't want to just do this with one book, I want to rotate between several.

How do I accomplish with the Logos family of programs and apps?  I do not want to create reading schedules.

Books I'm reading on Logos for my iPad always pick up where I leave off. Even if I close one book and go to another. When I go back to the other book, it opens right where I was reading.

I am currently reading 3 books online....I put them all in one tab together and save it to a Layout called "Book".  Every time I bring up the Book layout and read parts of one of the books or two, I update the current layout back to Books.  The next time I bring it up it is positioned right where I left off.  I also have a layout called "Book Backup" I update each time in case I mess up....This works great for me....I also do my daily Bible reading the same way....

Yes, so long as both devices are connected to the internet, and signed into the same Logos account, this should happen automatically. It's a great feature.

This is the current default function so long as your iPad/iPod/iPhone is connected to the internet and your version of Logos 4 was connected to the internet and syncing when you were reading.

This hasn't been my experience.  I find that Layouts are synchronized between computers, but each computer seems to remember its own last configuration, and open to whatever was the last configuration on that particular computer.  The only way I can get two computers to sync on where I was last reading in various resources is to save a layout.  Maybe I'm missing something, but that has been my experience.

If you open a resource from the library, it should open to the last place you were reading from (apart from Bibles and commentaries, which open to the Bible reference you are currently looking at.). If you open a resource by restoring a layout, it will open to the place it was at when you saved the layout.
