Link/display web page in Logos

Since I currently can't access my Calvin .pbb commentaries with Logos 4, I was looking for an alternative. I found the following web page site that has all of them: http://www.biblestudyguide.org/comment/calvin/comm_index.htm.Is there any way to invoke the link inside of Logos and have the web page display and work as if in a browser?

You can invoke that link from within Logos (in fact, you can even drag it to your Shortcut bar from your browser so that all you have to do is click on it), but Logos does not have a built-in browser. Clicking that link would launch your browser as a separate application.

I've never figured out how to create web shortcuts on the Logos shortcut bar. If I drag a link from Internet Explorer onto the Logos shortcut bar, nothing happens. What am I missing?
