Suggestion: Split the Suggestions forum into two

One for suggested resources, and one for suggested changes to the software itself.

That would make it much easier for us to get an overview of what have been suggested before, and I presume it would also make things a lot easier for Logos staff, since these suggestions, as I understand it, are handled by completely different departments.

    I would also say that the software suggestion needs to be broken out for each system.  There should be a suggestion for Vysro, one for L4, one for proclaim, etc...
