Downloaded books are incomplete

I have had issues of only part of the study bibles being available in offline mode for my ipod touch. I have downloaded both the MacArthur study Bible and the ESV study Bible but only the first few chapters of the books of the Bible can be viewed. For example for the MacArthur study Bible only Acts 1-4 can be seen in the contents page. When I try and view Acts 5 by typing it in I get "Error loading book, Logos could not load the specified book." But I can view Acts 5 if I start in Acts 4 and manually scroll to the right to eventually get to Acts 5.

I have tried logging out of logos, reinstalling the logos app, re downloading the books, and nothing has helped this problem. I am using Logosversion 1.4.4
