logos' sneaky salesmanship (only joking!)

I'm sure it was coincidencce, or Godincidence, because Logos isn't sneaky. Big Smile But how about this? One day my random book on my homepage turns up John MacArthur, How to study the Bible. I look at it, and I'm hooked on his method (slightly tweaked to suit my circumstances and interests). Within days we get the offer of 98 MacArthur books at a much reduced price!! Surprise

I'm now taking the time to read the 5 MacArthur books I have in my library to decide whether his general approach is one in which I want to invest $350 for 98 books. So far I'm much inspired by his Bible reading approach.

It was! His method grabs me. I'm not sure his theology has the same appeal for me. Which is why I need to dig into his other books in my library before deciding whether to order the bundle. Have been doing it 5 days so far.

But I like the idea of reading the same few chapters every day for a month.
