Printing Error: This panel supports Export Only

I was receiving this error when attempting to print from "Getting Along with Each Other". (Strauss, Richard L. Getting Along With Each Other : Communication, Relationships. San Bernardino, CA: Here's Life Publishers, 1985.)

Over here: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/25058/191262.aspx#191262  in the midst of another exchange Kokkee and Dave H. Both experienced the same problem.

I got that message about 3 times in a row with the ESV. It worked when I switched off its Interlinear panel, but it now works with that panel visible!

I noticed that when clicking the table of contents at chapter 8 and hitting print I would get this same error.  But If I clicked the next subsection labeled, "What anger is" I could click print and then add back the section I wanted by selecting the checkbox. 
Now, however, I attempted it again at the start of chapter 8 and it works.
Here are my rather voluminous logs in the hopes that it shows something.
