Some errors on product description pages

J. Vernon McGee appears as "Vernon J. McGee" throughout this page; he is listed mostly as "Vernon J. McGee" and once as "Vernon G. McGee" on this page.

Norman L. Geisler is listed as Normal L. Geisler once on this page.

Most of the book covers are incorrect (shifted off by one) on this page.
