My Logos 4 won't update

Hello,

 

I received a message upon ordering the free Greek New Testament: SBL Edition which stated that I need to update my version of Logos 4 to version 4.1 SR-4 and when I click on the link to update it, it states that it is updated and when I go to open Logos it appears with the same message. This message keeps appearing after subsequent attempts to update, thus preventing me from opening Logos.

Hullo Thomas and welcome to the forums.

Enable permanent logging for us and then try this link http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe to see if it will update to the latest version. If it does not succeed upload the logs in the Logos Log Files folder.
