button to open one instance of a tool or guide

I have a window with Power Lookup, Information, and Text Comparison.  The main window with the button ribbon has my bibles and cross references and commentary.  I would like to just click on a button for power lookup and have that window pop up and have it go to the tab with power lookup automatically.  This works fine for Show Information but not with the other tools.  With the other tools a new tab is opened in the main window instead of the already existing tab getting focus in the second window.  Is there any way to create a button that will open an already existing instance of one of these tools?

This is not a button method, but works if you already have a panel with one of the tools already in it. (you can even open a 2nd or more Power Info instances).

    1. In the panel with a Tool active, click on the plus symbol.
    2. A new tab will open titled New Tab.
    3. scroll down to Power Lookup and click on it. The New Tab will become Power Lookup (or whatever tool that you clicked ON).

This is not exactly what I am looking for.  I am hoping there is a way to activate an already existing Power Lookup etc. rather than creating one.

With Power Lookup open in a floating window along with other tabs (which hide it), and Bibles & Commentaries open in the main window, i can use the Right click menu to open Power Lookup in the floating window and bring it to the front.

This works when in a Bible or in a Commentary.
