Problem re: proximity morph search

Can anyone explain why this search doesn't turn up a result at Luke 3:21-22?

Does the search not look beyond verse boundaries? What am I missing?

UPDATE: It seems the morph search is limited to verse boundaries. Below Mark points out that one can get around this by running the proximity search within Basic Search. That is helpful, but I think it is still a workaround. Therefore the title of this thread has the word "Problem" in it.

It looks like bible search and morph search indeed don't go beyond verse boundaries. That's disappointing. As a work around, you could do a basic search, which seems to work:

<lemma = lls/el/ἀνοίγω> WITHIN 15 WORDS <lemma = lls/el/καταβαίνω>

Yeah, the Basic Search catches the Luke reference, but it misses the Matthew and John one!

I really hope we are just missing something. Surely this is not the case. A proximity search limited to verse boundaries really misses the point.

Hey, you are right. For whatever reason when I click on Mark's search link it runs the report with the "NEAR" proximity indicator, and it misses the Matt and John references. When I change it to WITHIN 15 WORDS it picks up the Matt and John references. Thanks.

In L3 Morph Search and Bible Search had the choice of searching by Chapters which gave the same results in the same format as a Basic Search. That choice is not available in L4. Meanwhile, to get accurate bible results with Basic Search you need to select Bible Text rather than All Text else you pick up words in headings, footnotes, etc!
