Does anyone know when the Mac version will be able to create a custom highlight style?
Yes – Now
Right (or whatever your preferred method) click on one of the existing styles.
Choose 'Create New Pallet'
Scroll to the bottom of the list.
Give the new Pallet a name.
Right (etc) Click on the new pallet name.
Choose new style.
Can you create new highlights using the Logos Ap on the iPad Pro?
