Tyndale Commentaries will not switch from one book of the Bible to another

I am having a problem getting my Tyndale Commentaries to switch from one book of the Bible to another. For example: if I open up the commentary on Mark I can only look up a passage from that book. If I type in another book of the Bible it will not open up that book. The only way I can read another passage is to open up that volume from my library.
I'm not sure how to fix this.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
Thanks,
Ron

Peace to you, Ron! And Strength and Joy for the Day!
That's strange. Mine works! Just went from Mark to Phil 4.4. Have you tried linking it to your favourite Bible to see if that might get the "kink" out of your system?

Are you still using Logos 3 (Libronix)? If so, you'll need to make sure that serial resource associations are set up.

Thanks for the replies. (I am using Logos 4). I called tech support yesterday and the problem had a simple solution: I had the turned off automatic updates. Once I downloaded all the updates it worked fine.
Thanks again
Ron
