Print/Export Selection

Please make it possible to "select all" from the print/export window, or at least a way to make much, much larger selections at a time than is now possible. Currently every single chapter/section/subsection has to be manually selected with a check box. Extremely tedious for a book of any length.

    You can right click on a section and choose "select all". This will select all the 'children' of that section.

    I swear I checked this every way from Sunday and did not find that! Maybe just came up in newest beta? Thanks anyway!
