OS 4.2 for the iPad

Tonight I downloaded the latest iTunes, and it installs OS 4.2 on the iPad.

The download screen said it included OS 4.2, but the check for the latest  update stated otherwise. Current version is 3.2.2     RATS.................

At the last minute, Apple pulled the 4.2 release for the iPad due to acknowledged problems with wireless connectivity.
