Reading Plan is jumping dates

Why are all of my reading plans jumping reading dates in the calendar? 90% of the time the parameters I choose results in no reading being assigned for many of the reading dates in the calendar.
For example, I choose Calvin's Institutes, every day, starting Jan 1, 2011, finishing Dec 31, 2011 and most days in the calendar do not have any reading assignments. Browsing through the calendar I have, for example:
Feb 18, 2011: 1. Knowledge and Nature of Connection Between God and Ourselves
Then I have nothing for Feb 19, 20, 21.
Feb 22, 2011: 2. What it is to Know God
Why are these jumps occurring?
If I pick some other configuration like Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday it also jumps dates.

I haven't tried that resource, but I have experienced it with others. Probably, the resource does not have enough material to have reading assignments for 365 sessions. Try a shorter time frame and see if that doesn't fix the problem.

Welcome Andre,
If you choose 1 Verse (below) you will see that it allocates 1 chapter per session and needs only 15 weeks to complete.
Verse really indicates the smallest unit for reading, which is chapters for this resource. As these are pretty big units you might want to allocate 30 weeks and allow 2 days per chapter.

Ah, now I understand. It's because of the minimum unit.
Thanks guys!

Now, that is some useful information that I did not know. Thanks Dave.
