Unable to sync

For the past several days I get the "error triangle" when attempting to "sync now."
Sync seems to work for Logos 4 Mac.
Is this a server problem ? Any suggestions are welcome.

It is not a server problem. You're ability to connect with Logos 4 Mac shows that.
Double check your settings and make sure "Use Internet" is set to "Yes." If it is, you may want to look into a firewall issue.

Use Internet is set to "Yes" and all firewalls are "Off" (running Windows XP under Parallels 5 on an Intel iMac, also with the firewall off)

One more thing to try is to start Logos4 with the CTRL key down (equiv in Mac?) and make sure you're logged in with the correct Logos ID.
Other than that, the only thing I can think of is to ask another Mac user, in case this issue is related to running L4 under Parallels on your iMac.

This is what worked for me when I had a sync issue. Note that holding Ctrl down and double-clicking my desktop icon didn't seem to work (Windows 7 Ultimate x64). I highlighted the desktop icon (single-click), then held Ctrl down, then pressed the Enter key. That brought up the sign-in message and I signed in with my same ID / password; and things started working.
