Is there any way to get out of Beta after setting the channel to beta?

Yes there is. Type Set Update Channel Default in the Command Bar and your version will change back to Gold, though I don't think anything will change until the next Gold release. In other words you can't switch immediately. There's more info at Wiki http://wiki.logos.com/Update_Channels

Yes (future tense) - command: set update channel to default - stops Beta updates after stable version of Logos 4 Mac 4.0b ships (current Beta cycle) - more info on Update Channels wiki => http://wiki.logos.com/Update_Channels
No (current tense) - risky to delete everything and reinstall - Beta version can update information that is sync'd to Logos servers - after re-install, sync stuff comes back to computer with potential for nasty surprises.

Personally prefer Beta versions for Mac and PC (typical Beta tester attitude) - sync stuff should behave OK on either Beta platform (hopefully).
