Filing and saving documenets

I am a new Logos 4 user and am quickly piling up lists, files, and information that all ends up under the "file" dropdown with no apparent way to creat topical indexes, subfolders or to sort by anything other than keyword.
Is there a fix for this? Am I missing something?
Thanks,

One way of organising this is using the Favourites, you can set up folders for topics and include sub folders. Using this approach you can organise different document types and resources.

Hi Brett,
You might want to check out the videos on Favorites, Clippings, Notes. Favorites is where I created my "file cabinet". You will find the videos very helpful. One on favorites just posted is by Mark Barnes and is mentioned here http://community.logos.com/forums/p/26008/192047.aspx#192047 in the forums. Also there are lots of helpful videos that can be found on the wiki at http://wiki.logos.com/

Brett, also note that you can type Notes to just filter your documents by note files etc.
A folder organization system has not been implemented by Logos for the folder menu. The favorites tool (which was suggested above) can be manually set up to approximate one, but you have to create a link each time you generate a new document.
There is a suggestion on Logos' UserVoice forum to add more organization options to the files menu. You might want to vote for it.
