No interlinears working

HI guys:  I have a buddy who has Logos 4, but none of his interlinears are working and don't show up in his library, even though he has (for instance) the ESV bible in his library.  Has anyone seen this before?  We thought it might be an indexing problem, but it appears to have finished indexing.

    What's his base package? Reverse interlinears are not included in Home.

    Hmm...thanks Mark.  I THOUGHT it was Leader's library, but we'll have to recheck because it doesn't make any sense unless he has the Home library...
