I have had a computer crash with my Logos4 software installed. I ordered it online several months ago and did not order it with a CD/DVD to come to my home. How do I re-install it on the new computer since I don't have the installation CD?
Welcome Deanna
If you have no trouble downloading several GB of data then the simplest way is to run this script http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exeMake sure to enter your Logos user name and password the same as accessing your online Logos account. More information can be found here.
I know that Dave has already given you the link, but just some further information. If you sign into your account and go to your order history you can click on the order number that is beside of "Summary" and get the download link as well.
Thank you both so very much!
I have tried this, and it doesn't seem to be working. My orders are on additional commentaries and the like. There is no download link for those. Am I out of luck?
Can verify many resources licensed for Logos account by logging into http://biblia.com/ - if login works, can use link previously posted by Dave Hooton for Logos 4 installation - sign in with same account and password as biblia.com
Suggest checking order links for Logos 4 base package purchase or upgrade(s) - note: KF base package is a free upgrade from LE => http://www.logos.com/upgrade
If have not purchased or upgraded a Logos 4 base package, may want to consider Logos 4 minimal cross grade for resources => http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade (base packages offer better resource deals)

Hi Alan and welcome!
Please start a new thread for future issues rather than relying upon an old thread because you appear to have a different problem which needs a full description. Please confirm that you have a working L4 but have not received a download for some additional commentaries.
Last week I did a reformat to my laptop and reinstalled Logos 4. Though I had originally installed Logos with a CD/DVD, I reinstalled using Dave's method. All my program customizations (i.e., collections, layouts, etc) were included in the download. More importantly perhaps to your question, I had purchased and downloaded the Essential IVP Reference Collection prior to the reinstallation. Even though for some reason this resource does not show up in my account with a downloadable link (but it does show up above as a purchase), it too was downloaded and properly installed.
So I would suggest just reinstall in the manner suggested and I suspect everything will be there when it is done.
Regards
