OK, that does it. It's clear to me that interlinears (not reverse interlinears) have a problem being linked. This happens even when there's no 'pieces' of a previous verse showing. Below is an example where the Lexham Hebrew interlinear has moved to verse 7. The LXX interlinear ignores it, staying on verse 6 and its associated apparatus (which is using the same linkage as the HEB), remains on verse 5.
The latter is interesting, since the apparatus is obviously linking to the LXX, not the 'A' linkage. Periodically the HEB interlinear simply looses its verse ID, in which case a down-verse pops back to the start of the chapter. I've concluded that the code's logical linkage is not the same as the displayed linkage. My guess is its connected to computing the font heights incorrectly.
