A customer is able to type inside the Subject box, but is not able to tab down or click inside the Description box in order to type there. If anyone has a suggestion, please respond.
Is he using IE9 beta? IE9 doesn't work with this forum at the moment.
Is he on a desktop/laptop or a mobile device such as the iPhone? I remember I wasn't able to post to these forums through my iPod touch last time I checked with the exact same symptoms as you describe Ron.
