I am not sure why, but one computer indictes I have 3,131 resurces, and the other says I have 3, 157. What would account for the difference seeing the two are supposed to sync with the cloud?

Trying typing update resources in both computers. It could take up to 30 minutes to run, but should report back if you have any updates due.
This has been asked quite a few times on the forums. Try this utility if the computers are networked to see what the missing files are. You can easily then put the missing files in a folder or thumb drive and "Scan" them to load into the PC where they are missing.
