Finding Articles that address a Particular Topic or Verse

Today I was doing some reading in the Logos library (a devotional to be specific) and I ran across an article that directly relates to the passage I am preaching on this Sunday (Heb. 12:5-11 - on God's discipline).

I realized that there must be many other articles in my large Logos library that address a bible passage or topic that I am preaching on (or will be), BUT I DON'T KNOW OF A REALLY EFFICIENT WAY TO FIND THEM. I know I could do a Bible Search of my passage, but that results in thousands of articles that make reference to my verses, but are mostly not specifically about that verse. Same with topics - If I search for "God's Discipline" or something like that, I will get many articles that use that phrase or something similar, but most are not really about that topic.

Is there a more elegant way to pull up relevant information from my Logos library? Something like when Heb. 12:5-11 is part of the title or subtitle or tag of an article or book? Or when "God's discipline is part of the topic or title or tag of a book or article?

Searching in titles and subtitles in only supported in a small number of resources (mostly journals), so it's likely to exclude a lot of useful hits. Perhaps the best way to proceed would be:

Create a collection of the most suitable resources. As a minimum, I'd create a collection that excluded Bibles and commentaries as I presume you've read them already by this stage. Alternatively, you could be more specific create a collection that included bible dictionaries, systematic theologies, homiletic illustrations and pastoral books (personally, I'd do the former unless I was in a hurry).
I'd then search for something like <Hebrews 12:5-11> NEAR discipline, within that collection.
I'd try both a ranked search to see what filtered near the top, then I'd quickly try a by book search with all books collapsed to see if there were any books which had a significant number of hits.

Thanks Mark. I'll try it. But how to you create a Collection that begins with ALL books? I know how to exclude the various types, but not sure how to start with the entire library.

I included a clip from the results, where it found the article that I stumbles upon.

BTY, what do the <> symbols do to the Bible Text Search?

(Also, wanted to tell you I have listened to some of your Hebrews sermons from your church website and have gotten great inspiration from them.)

I hope someday Logos will be able to identify topics or key verses for articles. It would be a HUGE step forward.

BTY, what do the <> symbols do to the Bible Text Search?

It's actually a shortcut. The full syntax is <Bible ~ Hebrews 12:5-11> NEAR discipline, but Logos assume you mean Bible if you don't say. The < and > indicate a field and if we didn't include them then Logos would look for the word Hebrews and the word 12:5-11, rather than links to the Bible reference.
