Bug: Search finds items in empty note files

It looks like L4 "missed the mark" here [;)]

The problem is that my note files are empty.
I'd say they originally had that text and then you removed it!
Here's how I reproduced it:
- create a Note file
- Add a Note from resource and add content that includes the phrase
- do a Basic Search of Entire Library for the phrase (reset the search as it may not find it first time)
- delete the Note
- Search still finds the phrase in empty Note file!
- but the next search may not find it
And it can be incredibly difficult to find text in a note file!

Very true, they at one time (several months ago) did have text, and I did remove the text from these note files (several months ago), and I have upgraded L4 beta a couple of times since my note files had data.
What I believe is happening is, that once data has been removed (deleted/changed) from the note files it is not being removed from the index.

When I looked in the log it took about 3 minutes for the Document Manager to rebuild the document index after creating or deleting a note entry. Before that happened a search would not find a new Note phrase or would continue to find a deleted Note phrase. But this is obviously not always the case!

I still have this issue. I am wondering if items are being removed from the index when the user uses the command "import delete all."
