Does Compare Parallel Bible Versions Add-In Work In All Versions?

Greetings all...wondering if someone can confirm that the "Compare Parallel Bible Versions" add-in will work with all versions of Logs 4, including the Christian Home Library LE version? I'm clear that it's a $20 extra purchase, but wanted to make sure that it would work with the CHL LE package.

John,welcome to the forums.

The $20 add-in is for Libronix (L3) and will not work with Logos4 (L4). L4 has Tools | Text Comparison as its equivalent, but you need Original Languages, Scholar's or higher.

This is a tool for Libronix 3 only and I wouldn't want anybody to be mislead by this (old) report. It would be very wise to check with Customer Support before making any purchase ie.

will it work as described?
what features are enabled (what do you want to do with it)?

Libronix was the offiical name for Logos 3. It wasn't an add-on to the main program. It was the main program. This compare versions thing was an add-on to Libronix/L3. It says it is only for L3. That one user claims to have had experience buying it and having it enable compare versions for him in L4 is an anomaly. I would not have expected that based on the product description. That user might have had a higher level package that had compare versions enabled in it all along, for all we know, and maybe he just didn't discover the feature until after he'd bought the compare versions L3 add-in.
